Flow Yoga - Wellness in the Workplace
A regular yoga practice can improve health, reduce stress, and increase productivity. All that is required to offer yoga at work is a quiet space cleared of tables and chairs.

Class times are flexible and may be offered early morning, during lunch, or after work. Class sessions typically run for 8 weeks and may meet once or twice a week for 45 to 60 minutes. Instructors are certified, insured, and CPR trained.

The following classes are available:

Gentle yoga - focuses on stretching and relaxation

Introduction to yoga - intended for students with no previous experience - teaches the basic yoga postures and breathing techniques

Fitness yoga - a more physical yoga class that is suitable for all levels

Power Vinyasa Yoga - a faster paced, athletic form of yoga

Strength Training - We also offer group strength training classes, which target all muscle groups using gliding discs and dumbbells.

Bootcamp in Central Park, Route 31 in Cicero, NY
Tuesdays and Thursdays from July 13 to August 19

Please bring your yoga mat or towel and a set of 5 to 8 pound hand weights. Don't forget your bottle of water!
